St. Paul's Episcopal Church
An Accepting, Reconciling, and Outreaching Community of Faith

Pastoral Care Team ministers to those needing physical, spiritual and emotional support or just a listening friend. This includes contacting and calling on the sick and shut-in as well as organizing rides to church or meals to those experiencing a crisis. We are looking for more team members and a coordinator (past coordinator was Dorothy Pillsbury).  If interested, contact the Rev. Nancy Vogele.

Brookside Nursing Home Monthly Communion Service: This monthly service is a wonderful way to bring the love and joy of God to the residents of Brookside. Contact Holly Hall or the Rev. Nancy Vogele.

Newcomer Ministry: We would like to expand our ministry to newcomers.  All newcomers are offered a "Newcomer Packet" which includes pamphlets on the Episcopal Church as well as material about St. Paul's.  Currently, each person who fills out a newcomer card receives a friendly letter as a follow up. The Rector also follows up with a phone call. There is so much more that could be done.  If interested, talk to Cynthia Keith or Nancy Vogele.

Intercessory Prayer Chain: Made up of a small group of people who believe strongly in the healing powers of prayer and who are committed to interceding daily for the needs of those for whom prayers are requested. If you would like to join the prayer chain group or if you would like to add a request, contact Holly Hall.

Sunshine Card and Flower Ministry: Everyone loves to get a cheerful card or a bouquet of flowers, especially during difficult times. If you would like to write to someone recovering from an illness or other difficulty, contact Holly Hall.  Also, if you know a parishioner who might appreciate a "sunshine" card or flowers, let Holly know.
